Hay fever Tea Recipe
If you know you suffer from hay fever, why not try the preventative approach this Spring...

In a jar, blend equal parts of:
Nettle
Elderflower
Chamomile
Hibiscus
Brew 3 tablespoons in 1L of water for 15 minutes and then strain.
Add a squeeze of lemon and a teaspoon of raw honey.
Allow the mixture to cool and sip on it throughout the day.
