I love the hot and cold sensation of Mint on my skin, so I had to share this recipe. It is so refreshing after a long day on your feet!
Blend the following:
500g Course Sea Salt
15g Epsom salt
10g Mint leaves
5g Lavander flowers
5g Chamomile flowers
5g Hibiscus flowers
10 drops Lemongrass essential oil
6 drops Mint essential oil
4 drops Tea Tree essential oil.
Store in a glass jar in a dark cupboard.
Use 2 heaped teaspoons in a foot bucket filled with hot water.
Enjoy the aromas and tingling sensation!
