Rosemary Skewers

Keep it simple on the Braai/BBQ/Barbie/Grill...


If herbs and spices overwhelm you, or if you like to try new things, throw these Rosemary skewers onto the fire.



Pick some long stalks of fresh Rosemary and shred the leaves off of three-quarters of the stems. Add your preferred veg to the skewers along with some salt, pepper and olive oil.
Place the skewers on a grid, over some coals and let the flavours immerse themselves!

The Rosemary infusion is delicious and goes well with Hummus.
