Thyme Tea for Hangovers

Many of us have experienced the terrible nauseous feeling that comes after one-too-many drink! Try out this tea recipe the next time you have a hangover.

In a cup of boiling water add half a teaspoon of fennel seeds and a teaspoon of dried thyme. Let it brew for 15 minutes and then strain and drink.

Alternatively, use half a cup of boiling water and then let it cool in the fridge so that you can drink the mixture as an "ice tea shot".
